Contour of circulation of oil

Engines are supplied by so-called system of greasing under pressure. The oil pump soaks up through a grid impellent oil from the pallet картера and submits it under pressure through the oil filter. On the party of pressure of the oil pump is редукционный the valve. Through the central pipeline of the oil filter the filtered oil arrives in the main oil channel. At a contamination of the oil filter перепускной the valve directs oil without its filtration directly to the main oil channel.

Behind the oil filter it is located редукционный the valve. At excess of pressure the valve opens, and the oil part merges back in the pallet картера.
From the main oil channel channels of greasing of bearings of a cranked shaft branch off. Through inclined channels in cranked to a shaft oil arrives to шатунным to bearings. Cooling of the bottom of the piston is carried out through the atomizers submitting oil from below on the piston.

Simultaneously impellent oil arrives through vertical pipelines in a head of cylinders, supplying with oil camshaft bearings, jacks клапанных backlashes and directing valves. Resistance on plum provide the guaranteed giving of oil for greasing of the specified elements in a head of cylinders. At 6-tsilndrovogo the petrol engine oil through the valve moves also depending on requirement for the mechanism of adjustment of a camshaft.

Besides, oil moves to chains of drive ГРМ, and at the 6-cylinder engine the chain of a drive of the oil pump is greased.

The oil expense


At an internal combustion engine the oil expense is understood as quantity of oil which is consumed owing to combustion process. At all it is not necessary to understand as it the expense of oil connected with its leaks owing to негерметичности through the pallet картера, a cover of a head of cylinders etc.
The normal expense of oil develops of combustion of a small amount of oil in cylinders, together with tap of the fulfilled gases, and deterioration. Besides, oil is lost as a result of influence of a heat and a high pressure arising in the engine. Oil loss is affected also by service conditions as, for example, style of driving, and also admissions of manufacturing of elements of the engine. The oil expense should not be more 1.0л/1000 km.

At all it is not necessary to fill in oil above mark Max. If oil has been poured, surplus is necessary for sucking away it. Otherwise can be damaged каталитический the converter not burnt down oil arriving in it.
