Removal and installation карданного a shaft

Two various executions карданных a shaft are established: карданный a shaft, two-piece with the central bearing and карданный a shaft having two central bearings and one additional hinge of equal angular speeds. Pay attention to distinction at removal.

 REMOVAL

Operation of lifting and car installation on supports is connected with danger! Therefore before operation carrying out familiarise with Razdelom Poddomkrachivanie and towage

1 Lift and establish the car on supports. Remove release system, address to Section Removal and installation of system of release.

2 Turn away bolts of fastening and remove heat-shielding screens-1 and-2 from the bottom.

3 Turn away bolts of fastening and disconnect elastic муфту from a check point (an arrow on an illustration). Keep thus карданный a shaft a tape key from роворачивания.

4 Turn away bolts of fastening and disconnect карданный a shaft from a reducer of the back bridge (an arrow on an illustration). Attention: to establish карданный a shaft in former position mark a paint mutual position of flanges карданного a shaft and a reducer.

5 Oslabte on some turns a carving ring (an arrow on an illustration) on a sliding element by means of the big wrench. If such key available is not present, ослабьте carving a ring an alligator wrench.

Bolts - And - fastenings of the central bearing yet do not weaken.

6 Wring out a flange карданного a shaft a screw-driver from a reducer of the back bridge. Thus карданный the shaft moves at a sliding element (the marksman on an illustration).

7 Oslabte fastening bolts - And - the central bearing, address to an illustration.

 INSTALLATION

The kardannyj shaft отбалансирован also should be replaced only in the complete set. The worn out shaft are replaced.

12 Before installation visually check up aligning element-4 карданных shaft. Grease aligning element with greasing “MOLYKOTE LONGTHERM 2 PLUS” or “OPTIMOL OLISTAMOLY 2”. The damaged element replace with HUNDRED.

13 Insert карданный a shaft at first in front into aligning element and fix bolts, without tightening.
14 Put on карданный a shaft with the extended hinge a flange of a reducer of the back bridge.
15 Slightly tighten a carving ring at a sliding element карданного a shaft the moment 10 Н•м.
16 In regular intervals tighten fastening nuts карданного a shaft to a reducer, the efforts resulted in Specifications. Apply new self-stopped nuts.
17 Tighten new self-stopped nuts карданный a shaft to a check point flange. The inhaling moment depends on a class of durability of bolts which is beaten out on a head (address to Specifications).
18 Fix the central bearing to the bottom the moment 20 Н•м.
19 Kardannyj a shaft consisting of three parts: Fix the second central bearing on the bottom the moment 20 Н•м. A carving ring tighten the moment 10 Н•м.
20 Fix the heat-shielding screen of system of release. Establish release system, address to Section Removal and installation of system of release.
