Adjustment of a cover of a luggage carrier

As the luggage carrier cover is driven and fastens in an unpainted body, owing to the subsequent displacement of a cowl its unpainted surfaces can be bared.

1 Oslabte screws of fastening of the lock of a cover of a luggage carrier.
2 Turn out an emphasis.

Protect a cover of a luggage carrier from casual falling after removal газонаполненного an emphasis, for example, having asked it to take the assistant.

3 Remove газонаполненные an emphasis, address to corresponding section.

Gazonapolnennye emphasis is under loading.

4 Oslabte at the left and on the right screws-2 and-3. 1 – a loop lath, 4-gazonapolnennyj an emphasis.

5 Oslabte запорную-1 so that it could be shifted a lath sideways and on height. Preliminary take out covers of screws-1 of a peak of the back panel.

On an illustration запорная the lath is shown at the removed peak of the back panel.

6 Cautiously close a cover of a luggage carrier and displace sideways so that a backlash in relation to wings at the left and on the right it was identical and parallel (the admission 1 mm).
7 Cautiously open a luggage carrier cover.
8 Fix запорную a lath.
9 Close a cover of a luggage carrier and check up adjustment, if necessary repeat it.
10 Open a cover.
11 Check up presence of damages ползунов-2 запорной plates, if necessary replace.
12 Close a luggage carrier cover.
13 Check up height of a cover of a luggage carrier in relation to wings. The cover should be заподлицо to wings (the admission 1 mm).
14 If the cover is not located заподлицо. Measure excess and lower more low запорную a lath.
15 Check up adjustment.
16 Open a luggage carrier cover.
17 Screw an emphasis so that the closed cover of a luggage carrier at the left and on the right lay on an emphasis.

The luggage carrier cover should not be above wings, otherwise there is a cover deformation on height.
